The Quality Management Department is in charge of operation of the SZIDC (STCMD) quality management system. The department mainly responsible for the administration and supervision of the operation of management system, file management, accreditation and certification, quality control of the WHO Prequalified Quality Control Laboratory, quality training and traceability. The department also responsible for handling of complaints about quality, retest and customer satisfaction surveys. Employees with abundant experience in inspection and laboratory quality management have successively finished several versions of development and revision of the management system document, and organized dozens of laboratory qualification assessments, laboratory accreditation and national accreditation on-site audit for medical devices. We are committed to ensuring that SZIDC (STCMD) management system is always in good working condition.
