成立于2010年,為本院后勤保障部門,主要負責政府專項投資項目的申報,儀器設備的招標、采購、維護、維修,檢驗試劑、耗材、對照品、樣品、辦公用品的采購,藥檢大樓相關設施的維護、修繕,全院固定資產的管理,以及食堂、保潔、消防、安全保衛等工作的協調。分為采購組、保管組、綜合組,為保障藥檢大樓設備正常運轉、保證檢驗檢測工作正常開展做出了突出貢獻。
The Equipment Purchasing and Maintenance Department, which was established in 2010, provides logistics supports for the entire Institute. The Department is comprised of three groups: the purchasing group, the store management group and the general business group. We are mainly engaged in the application of specific government investments projects. We also involve in the equipments’ bidding, procurement, maintenances and repairing, as well as the procurement of testing reagents, consuming materials, reference standards, samples and office supplies. In the meantime, we are responsible for the facility and equipment maintenance in all fixed assets of institute. We also in charge of the coordination of dinning hall, room cleaning, fire safety and security missions. We make outstanding contribution to ensuring normal operation of equipment and smooth implementation of tests and examinations.
