主要從事無源醫療器械及藥品包裝材料的全性能檢測及體內安全性評價實驗及相關產品標準或技術要求的制定、修訂、復核及檢驗新技術、新方法等研究工作；部門下設物理性能、化學性能和生物性能等3個專業實驗室。擁有高級職稱人員3人、博士1人、碩士8人；配有支架疲勞測試機、電感耦合等離子體質譜儀、液質聯用儀、病理分析設備等大型精密儀器設備200余臺套。近年來先后主持或參與完成生物學安全性評價、植入介入類產品及乳膠制品等多項國家標準、行業標準的制修訂工作并完成國家、省、市各級各類科研課題二十余項。
Non-active Medical Devices Testing Department mainly engaged in full properties testing and in vivo safety evaluation of medical device and pharmaceutical packaging materials, as well as formulation, revision, review and new technology testing of relevant product standards or technical requirements, and so on. The department consists of three professional laboratories, including physical properties, chemical properties and biological properties testing laboratory. The department includes three professional staffs with senior professional title, one PhD and eight masters. The department is equipped with more than 200 large-scale precision instruments and equipments, including bracket fatigue testing machine, inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry, pathological analysis equipments, and so on. In recent years, the department has successively presided over or participated in a number of formulating and revising work for national standards and industry standards such as biological safety evaluation, implantable and intervention products, and latex products. The department has accomplished more than twenty national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects.
